6 oz HerPotheca

3 cucumber slices, muddled

½ oz fresh lime juice

Garnish: cucumber ribbon + mint bouquet

Muddle cucumber gently in the bottom of the glass (just enough to release juice, not pulp), add lime juice, fill with ice, top with HerPotheca. Stir once.
