6 oz HerPotheca

½ ripe peach, sliced and muddled (or 4-5 frozen peach slices, thawed)

½ oz fresh lemon juice

Garnish: thin peach slice fanned on the rim + edible flower if available

Muddle the peach and lemon juice in the bottom of the glass until juicy, fill with ice, top with HerPotheca and stir once. Frozen peach slices work just as well if fresh isn't in season, just let them thaw first.
