6 oz HerPotheca

1 oz fresh orange juice

½ oz grenadine (or pomegranate juice for a cleaner label)

Garnish: orange twist + fresh mint sprig

Build over ice: grenadine first, then orange juice, then HerPotheca poured slowly on top so it layers into a sunset gradient. Don't stir until served, let the layers show.
